Afro-Palatin is trying to set up what they call Afro-Towns. It would be sort of like a Chinatown, right, where it's a cultural center within a jurisdiction. But it's not physically tied to any location. They're starting with just like, you know, a digital collective. You get there over time and you start with just like an organization that provides better benefit than your state. And then you start getting into Africa, then you get recognition by the UN and it goes on or not.
