The Importance of Listening to Your Body
A lot of cyclists are very organized type A people, especially when it comes to food. They're going, well, these numbers tell me I need to do X, Y, Z and yet they're hungry. And so you don't need to be at 260 watts. It's okay. If you're a little bit more hungry, you don't, you might be fighting a cold or just worked really hard this training cycle. Power meters are pretty accurate with estimating the energy burn.
