There's almost kind of this like, unblind, they call it like down leveling. Two startups that I used to work at would actively avoid hiring people from big companies or had huge company names on their resumes. Maybe you have to go to a smaller company or a kind of less competitive industry,. Is there a bias, Rick? If let's say you're from MATA, from Apple, from Google, Microsoft, and you want to going to a second tier, third tier tech company... Do those firms think, gosh, maybe it's too much firepower?"
