The Journal Club Podcast - It's Been Great
I'm very proud of the messages that have been shared on the podcast. I bought my first apartment this year. It's a tough time to buy everywhere, but it's actually down here in South Florida. The rent have gone in Miami so high that you look at it is worse than a mortgage. So yeah, we haven't moved yet. This will be for 2023 and but it's very exciting. All right.
