Stonehenge Monuments
The landscape around stonehenge was absolutely full of other stuff. An extensive field survey in 19 82 estimated that there are a total of 51 million pieces of worked flint dotting the fields around the monument. Cursus monuments have been found throughout britain. They all follow the same general form, with a pair of ditches and banks enclosing a long, thin, sometimes extremely long, strip of land.
