Taking a Deep Breath

In a short practice like this, just three full breaths with holds, and then noticing your chest. It's a gregt way to bring the body's nervous system back down to a regulated state. I i usually find myself when i'm driving to work, for some reason, get very anxious on my way to work every day. And it's crazy to really notice that it slows my heart right down, that it makes me feel a bit more calm. So thanks again for listening, and we'l see you next week.
