How Did You Begin the Transition to the Adoption Community?
Mening: I was the first time that i had heard men speak about deep emotion about the experience that they had had in adoption. Mening met with a group of male adoptes, and there were probably 50 us in a room,. We had one three hour workshop together. They hadn't thought about adoption in terms of drama responsent. It's like going to see your family practice doctor when you have a specific kind of cancer.
