How to Get the First Job in Film

It's so hard to get that real world experience in the film industry. It might take six months or a year to be good at your job, and by that time, your opportunity might have passed. Sometimes if somebody's not good in my team in the first couple of days, like it just takes too much time to train them into what you want them to be. But hopefully somebody can read this and en show up on da one and be little bit better than what they were going to bein - give them a chance to actually make it through and continue to work.
