Six Key Articles for the Establishment of Perpetual Peace
No treaty of peace can be contracted if one party believes war to happen in the future. No nation can capitalize on the national debt of another nation by turning them into debtors. No state shall, in fear, interfere with the constitution of another state. And then number six was that you can't use reprehensible tactics within war or outside of war time that would make the possibility of peace impossible in thefuture.
