Crown Land
Under the current system we've got under native title, it works by indigenous people needing to prove their connection to the land. And you say that should be reversed that the crown should have to justify why they're entitled to that land. One category of crown land is land that belongs to the government because it has not yet been put to some other purpose. The correct and non-racist thing to do would be to hand back all the crown land.
