The combined company would give Tempers Sealy 3000 stores and 71 manufacturing facilities. The deal also comes, I remember a year ago, we just kept hearing about a potential IPO for mattress firm but that got scrapped. And so maybe with the two, it shows that they probably need to combine forces in order to really grow the way that they need to.
