He says if you're not in the markets, probably what impacts you most and what you should focus on is how they signal what's coming after. The Fed chairman will try to retain that optionality, the threat of an additional rate hike from here. Gagey: If this is truly the beginning of a deceleration in the path of inflation, back to 2%, it could be the last rise.
