Teach your children to work. Give them real responsibility. If you te two year old that he is to empty three waste baskets in the house, he must understand that those three waste baskets will not be emptied unless he does it. That's grace. You give your children rules, rewards and punishment. And these are the means of grace for those en which god does for us too, isn't it? Think of how god treats us.
