i think it's important to under and in the context of how library budgets have been squeezed or slashed. Neil gaman, who is one of the people who actually spoke out against the national emergency library has since had to back peddle like a lot. That way, culture begets culture. People being able to communicate freely and without interference from the profit motive begets better, richer culture. These are profiteers. They are not cultural representatives.
