The Difference Between a Blonde Ale and a Light Ale
Using a standard hydrometer, they would have looked almost identical. I was glad to see that they attenuated about the same. But yeah, that that liquid malt extract one is is so much darker. That's an amber, almost like October Fes color. And then the other one is light. Probably not as light as like a normal Pilsner, but still pretty light and, you know, fespier colored.
