Are You Overpromising?
A lot of the times I see this a lot with especially teachers that are just starting out and they're maybe desperately trying to get students is they're over promising on what they can deliver. Generally why would do is, again every students different so you know you can't treat two students the same. And then as we're going through our lessons maybe if it's three months, two months, even a month, take reviews and ask the student,. You know the band descriptors, why do you think you sit on here? That way they can actually regulate and assess themselves which actually makes it your job easier.
