The Monolingualism of Australian History

Australian armour is a devastating critique of the monolingualism of Australian history. Even though this continent's always been home to many languages, its history's mainly been written using English language archives. The vast world of oral and oral knowledges has become not actually something that we can access or understand - even if we were to hear it. But now that I live in Britain, I can also see being on Aboriginal land as an incredible resource you just simply don't have here in London.
