How to Reduce Your Time on Twitter and Instagram

I tend to use Twitter more than, you know, Instagram is about posting pictures of yourself. And I just realized that was actually harmless and also meaningless as well. So I realized, how am I helping people by just posting pictures of myself? You can raise awareness of issues in the world. You can share news stories. It's a better outlet. We all check how many likes we get, how many comments subscribers. But it should be about who we are inside.
