People think of mindfulness is like, just boring. I'm not even arguing against all but i think that there's also, i guess, i i think the mistake is for people to think the calm that you're trying to cultivate with meditation is not a rich experience in itself. There can be extremely intense joy, an aesthetic a pleasure, and even sensory pleasure,. richer sensory pleasure, in ways that i think, am, people people don't know about.
