Sollae uses the word stuck, and that's what this book is called. And it's differnt all sorts of diferent kinds of stuck. We don't all experience our stuckness to the same degree,. But i define stuck as, are you making choices in the direction that you want to be? Are you doing with the information you have, what you want toBe doing? Most of the time, it's not a lack of information that's keeping us immobilized. There's something else going on. So if you know what we should do but aren't doing it, that's what i define as stuck.
