The Importance of Identifying With the Post in the Beach
I had a moment in my life that I was really buffeted. It was the worst, some of the hardest stuff of my entire life. And if you can, when you're getting rocked by the ocean and the troubles to try to, for me, trying to identify with that is immovable. If I can, when I can identify with that, I feel better and I'm able, you know, you can talk to that part too.
