What's Your Take on Asset Forfeiture?

The use of asset forfeiture to take away the monies of oligarchs is obviously a very valuable tool. It may take years to ultimately litigate all the issues that are going to be raised in these cases. So it's not as if announcing that we're going to seize Russian oligarchs, yachts and airplanes is going to result in the deposit of a tremendous amount of money someday.
