How to Assess the PM Culture During an Interview
There's a great question in the chat. Alan Chang is asking, have you been able to assess the PM culture during the interview process? I think that's probably yet another huge topic outside of the course scope of this discussion. But there's definitely a way that you can at least get a height of a sense of what the culture will be like. Make sure you always prepare questions, you know, not only to prepare how to answer the interviewer's question.
