The Importance of Education in the Workplace

I think education is one of the biggest problems worldwide. We're obviously focused on the US because it's what we know and where we're starting, but like I mentioned, we're in other countries as well. So for me, education, as you mentioned, even earlier, touches so many pieces of society. It's directly impacting every type of class of person and helping level the playing field.It's providing a future and bigger opportunities for people to change the way their lives are. But also helps from a workforce standpoint. Getting more educated, more focused people that are going to be able to help and solve that job's a workforce problem for everybody.
