"We're basically on the verge of being able to add a billion new customers that were never customers before," he says. "I grew up in farm country, so I'm a farm boy and we had a farm that was near us that kept expanding." He thinks AI is going to be like boys: You've trained them to use technology for the best possible reasons. But let them have a life as a 360 degree experience - technology is one slice of that but not the whole thing.
