"We need to be very aware of acid aldehyde in these moments and every once in a while we we don't quite hit that window," he says. "The beer suffers a little bit for on one one end where that bright fruit changes a little bit uh but then we you know beers are constant so the last thing i think we're going to do is stop doing it."
