How Does Exercise Improve Resilience?

When our body is strengthened, our brain gets better at the neuronal health level. I think there are several places where exercise carries over to an enhanced ability to deal with stress. One of the less discussed pain points of exercise is the one where you don't want to exercise and you do it anyway. That's making yourself mentally stronger. It reduces inflammation in the body provided that exercise isn't too intense or too frequent.
