How to Be a Better Developer
The first thing is to be totally transparent about what your skill level is one way or the other. The big thing to really focus on is defining the functional and non-functional requirements for a developer whenever you're asking them to do something. In terms of technical sort of specific things that I've learned over time, I'd say testing was a big part of it that I didn't necessarily understand beforehand.
