The Supreme Court since the 1950s has repeatedly affirmed a very strong, not absolute, but very strong right to speak anonymously. So there's never been a challenge specifically about these sorts of bills because they've never been attempted before. But given the level of scrutiny that the courts have applied, I think there's a very good chance that if they were to pass and be signed into law, that they would be struck down.
