Qualitative Interviews - Can You Unpack What You Found?
The study found that people avoid conflict because they're messaging with their friends or family. But it's also what you call this hybrid public, inter sonal dimension where people opped out of challenging this information to not transgress the norms of the group. A lot of people do distinguish between the more public groups, which generally tend to be larger, andth smaller groups where they tend to have higher levels of trust with known others.
