I feel very, very honoured to be on this podcast and I think that it's such an incredibly, incredibly needed podcast. Not just people who are going through grief and loss but also those around them, you know. People supporting, yeah. It is a hard thing and if you haven't gone through a big loss, you don't know what to say. And when you've been through it yourself, you want to pay it forward to those who experience it,. You want to paid it forward to people who have experienced loss and are going through a similar situation because you know just how hard it is. That's the gift that you get to kind of pass on.
