Evolution Prefers False Positives
Evolution really favors what are called type one errors, which are false positives. If you falsely run away when there's no lion there, you're better off than if you wrongly determine that there isn't a lion there and you stick around. So we're really kind of designed to be linking these things together in a really, really strong way.
