One training experience is not going to shift anything in a sustainable way. It takes practice. And so yeah, our butcher as a business has, well, so let me explain the concept first and then I'll explain some of the business around how we support that idea. So it's three steps, well, three parts. The first part is see others, which is really self awareness. You have to be aware of whether you are seeing them as people or as objects. Second then is adjust efforts, which means actually change what you're doing,. Third is measure impact, which is basically check in with the person to make sure that whatever you changed was actually helpful to them.
