I Think We'll Need a Pier Set of Rules of the Road
We may need some clearer rules of the road in genomics and biology. These systems are being built everywere, so it will be complicating because you've got a few different competing things going on at the global stage. There's an alligment that is governments wave largely led in that workin in the nuclear agent of cold war. The other distance you've got is the detectability, accountability questions much harder with a i system. So this is a much more complicated arena, and is a lot to think about.
