What Do You Need From a Franchise Partner?
I think franchising in general is a really, really, really great model, and it can be extremely lucrative for all parties. But if you know how to open spin up market dry butts and seats, then potentially what you really need from a franchising partner is help me with the legal back of office. We also, we hat coved early on, which was really poor timing for the early days of of our business. I wish we'd done 25 more. And i'm like, you know, everything happens for a reason. Ian, we learned a ton from our early franchises. Franchisees is a result of it.
