The Backwards Direction of CI Pipelines Is Really Important

Luca: The first step should be, yes, you create some kind of CI pipeline. And then the second step is to get the feedback direction going. Say, okay, now I can OTA update something, and then I can watch it actually happen and have an effect. That basic feedback is going to cover probably 80% of the problems that you care about initially. Luca: It's not just the technical side of the feedback loop of getting the data back from the device but also having a culture where you actually do something about the data that comes back to you.
