The Importance of Conflict in Leadership

The first fear is fear of conflict. You don't want to be a conflict-averse leader because then you'll just be along for the ride. Conflict is really good as long as it's dealt with appropriately. But if conflict is left unaddressed, the organization is simply going to wallow. That's what we're trying to avoid.
