Davidd: At 25, i always thought that if i wasn't making mistakes, i should be the managing partner of the firm. Soi made a conscious decision to move from a contingency base model to a moreof transformative model. I was attracting better customers with better quality conversations. And i wasn't so reliant on the phone ringing from bt. If i could go back to that, i was more in control. We treat our consultants as customers.
