Is a Git Hub a Perfect Fit for Microsophs?
Git uses the g p l v two license, which is copy left. If microsoft decided to change anything in git, specifically for git hub, without going to a sort of git as a broad community and getting it approved by by git everywhere, then they would have to open sors whatever changes they made. And so i think what what microsop may do is try and get that support added to get hub, and then it would come downstream to them,. I don't know how this works, but maybe have more leverage and lobbying power in doing thatto make it more of a product that they can push through their channel.
