What Is CVA?
Credentialing is not a qualification, it's evidence that a leader of volunteer engagement has a particular level of expertise. The process for the CBA in particular includes studying for and sitting an exam which consists of 100 questions. You need to have a minimum of three years experience in the field. And every three years, we have to renew our credential to provide continuing professional development. That's a word of mouthful - you know what I'm talking about.
