Urban Design, D Romanized or D Idealized Olmstead?
I wish this particular article had gone a bit deeper intoo specifically, you know, outside of that critique what new designers of parks are doing. I sort of wanted to see somebody walk me through a design of a non olmsteady public space and why it's more successful. And i also kept waiting for the anti car, the part that was going to be about sort of anti car activism and how highways have transformed the landscape since olmstead's time. But it did spar ideas that i want to ask you guys about, including ju evemen,. though you just spoke, i still want to askYou at some point to talk about the emerald necklace.
