The Challenges of Regulation in a New Market

Uber did a very good job at recruiting teams of people who really wanted to win. By bringing in that sort of person, i think they actually fueled this desire to win in these markets and really kept the momentum going. But if you exclusively focus on winning and getting around the existing regulations, there does become this challenge of what's ethical and what's not ethical. In certain business areas, there there often is a little bit of a gray line.
