It was generally very hard to convict people of fraud. You have to prove what their intent was and that there was actual harm. Just because you defrauded yourself doesn't mean you also didn't defraud a bunch of other people. But one thing thatas i thought, was good, was that they decided that the fact that she may or may not have believed her own hype was irrelevant. And that's important, because whether or not you believe your false claims does not protect you fraud. Yes, exactly.
