Philadelphia's Unique Office Market

Philadelphia is a city of live work, but it's unique. We don't have an area that's the size of 6th Avenue from Times Square to Central Park where there's really not a lot of residential and it's super office centric. Our down to our concrete Canyon Market Street West is like seven blocks long and one there's one tall building on each corner. It's maybe 15 million square feet of office space, but within a block is a North or South of there is a purely residential neighborhood. So different than other cities.
