Mark Whitaker: How much should a pastor involve his current church in his decision to leave, especially if he's leaving on good terms? The whole church depends on kind of what the decision is, how the decision we received, what the maturity level of the church is. If you really do mean you are happy to see the rest of your life, let them believe that and tell them before you've decided while you're still thinking about them.
