Parenting Devices for Parents Who Are Distracted

i don't feel like the dynamic is as much parents recruiting their kids into their cause as much as parents abdicating the world form, forming of the world view function, to the smart phone or the tablet. I mean, they can go down all sorts of rabbit holes. And there's a limit to how much of these parental safety devices can actually guard that. But you do have nine, ten year olds that are watching the george floyd video and basely letting that form their world view in a way that there's little parental shepherding going on.
