Omnifocus

There's not a direct correlation between the number of tasks that are in your system and how much work you actually get done. So i will use omnipocus strategically for a couple of different things. For example, when there's a question i want to ponder for a while, i'll put it down with a tag of thinking time. And then when i do have thinking time,  i'll grab one of those questions and i'll just think about that for a while. Now, omnifocus can do all sorts of great stuff, like you were talking about. You can hyper schedule, you can pack that forecast view, and you can tailor it so it looks absolutely beautiful and tomorrow
