I think Canada, an enormous emphasis on a particular type of civil society. We have what sometimes in some democratic theory was described as like the third sector. It's a civil society that is comprised mostly of professionals who engage in these questions and social programs from nine to five. And why that is an important aspect of a sort of overall healthy democratic system? I see in Canada in comparison to other places, such as U.S., that Civil Society takes a lot of space. And engages very directly with government all the time. But does this tie into your critique of expertise that you lay out throughout the book?
