Laurie's daughters were confused when she soon told them that steve, their father, simply wasn't good enough and would have to leave. She had been having affairs for quite a while, other men too. After all, laury got a divorce, and then a few years later, larry did too. And everybody could see how happy they were when they brought their families to ther and got married.
