Innocence is a fortuitous outcome of population growth and freedom, says Ritson. The more people you have the greater likelihood at you are going to come up with world-changing ideas - but only human beings can produce those ideas. Decision making must always be done by leads who will run their country efficiently in order for it to succeed. For some reason, when you have a failed decision maker, they tend to fail upwards rather than downwards.
